Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is a very gentle, therapeutic form of yoga, in which each pose is fully supported by props such as blankets, bolsters and blocks. Being fully supported allows your body to relax completely, your mind to grow quiet as you move towards a state of balance, allowing deep nourishing and healing to take place. The focus is on relaxation, breath, and releasing stress. Movement plus breathing - the direct link between your body and mind - helps you move into deeper levels of relaxation.
